Editing a booking
The way you edit a booking depends on whether the booking was originally created:
- Via the marketplace/booking widget OR
- Manually in-house
Follow these simple steps to modify your booking.
Marketplace or widget booking
Click on the appointment in your calendar that you would like to modify. A pop-up window with the appointment details will appear. Click “Reschedule” at the bottom of the window. A notification box will show you the customer’s contact information. Please make sure to inform the customer of any appointment changes you make. Click “Continue” to access the appointment editing window.
You will now be able to change the date and time of the appointment, as well as the staff member performing the service. Click on the calendar icon to change the date of the appointment. Once you are finished making changes, click “Save” at the bottom of the window.
Manual booking
If you would like to change the time or date of a manual booking, simply drag and drop the booking into a new time slot directly on your appointment calendar. If you would like to make additional edits to a booking, click on the booking in your calendar that you would like to modify. A pop-up editing window will appear. You will now be able to change the professional, service, date, and time of the appointment. Remember to press “Save“ at the bottom of the window. Please make sure to inform the customer of any appointment changes you make.
