Creating a customer profile

Click on the “Customers” tab in the left sidebar, then simply click “Add a new customer” on the top right corner of the page. Here you can create a customer profile.

Enabling promotional emails

When entering customer details, you will see a tick box at the bottom of the window labeled “Agreed to receive promotional emails”. When this box is ticked, the customer will automatically be added to your email recipients list. Ticking this box increases the amount of customers you can reach with your marketing campaigns and automatic emails, such as rebook reminders and birthday greetings. Please note that the email marketing and campaigns feature is a my.Vaniday Premium feature.

Tip! The handy “Notes” section allows you to keep track of special customer requests and details.
