Confirmation of cancellation and appointment
To access notification settings, click on the “Settings” tab on the left side of the page. Then click “Notifications”.
Customer notification portal
You will be taken to the customer notifications portal. Here you can enable or disable notifications for appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations and thank yous. From the “Confirmations” and “Cancellations” tabs, you have the option to enable or disable email notifications. When notifications are enabled, your clients will receive an automated email (preview below) notifying them of the confirmation or cancellation of their appointments when those actions are performed from the booking calendar.
Please note that emails are not sent from your personal email account, but rather from a no-reply email address provided by Vaniday.
