What happens if a customer cancels?

Customer cancellations

During the cancellation process, we strongly encourage the customer to rather reschedule their appointment to a more convenient time.

  • If a customer cancels 24 hours or more before the appointment time, they are entitled to a full refund.
  • If a customer cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment time, you have the right to charge them the full amount of the service.

It is up to you whether you would like to offer them a refund or a chance to reschedule.
