My.vaniday Premium allows you to use automated emails for “set & forget” marketing. This means that you only need to activate an email once, and my.Vaniday will continually manage these marketing campaigns for you, no worries! You can disable automated emails at any time. They are a powerful marketing tool that builds communication with your customers and increases your bookings.
What types of automated emails can I send?
Within the “Email Marketing & Campaigns” tab of my.Vaniday, you can enable rebook and birthday emails. Additionally, you have the option of including a “Book Now” button in the text of the email.
If you would like to send your customers automated emails to remind them to rebook, simply enable the rebook email. You can decide how long after their last appointment you would like the email sent. If you have the box “Display “Book Now” button” checked, a Book Now button will display in the email. This button directs the customer to your Vaniday salon profile page. This makes it effortless and convenient for customers to quickly rebook with your salon. This feature puts marketing power into your hands, increasing your bookings.

Birthday Emails
If you would like to send your customers automated emails on their birthdays, simply enable the birthday email. If you have the box “Display “Book Now” button” checked, a Book Now button will display in the email. This button directs the customer to your Vaniday salon profile page. This makes it effortless and convenient for customers to quickly rebook with your salon. Sending birthday emails keeps you connected to your customers and offers them the opportunity to treat themselves to a service at your salon.

Please note that emails are not sent from your personal email account, but rather from a no-reply email address provided by Vaniday.
