How to order product stocks
On the left panel, click on “Purchases” → “Add Purchase”. From there, key in all the details for the order and scroll down to click on “Save” to record the order.
How to update order status
On the left panel, click on “Purchases” → “List Purchases”. Click on the blue “Actions” button for the order you want to update and select “Edit”.
Under “Purchase Status” select the updated status and scroll down to click on the “Update” button.
How to checkout at POS
Click on the “POS” button. Select the customer → time and date → service staff → service/product to checkout. The service staff must be selected before any service or product can be selected. To apply a discount for a product, click on the product name circled in red and a window will pop up where you can select the discount type and amount then click on close and the price will be updated. To apply a discount for the whole purchase, click on the edit button circled in blue and key in the discount details.
When the details are correct, click on the “Pay & Checkout” button on the bottom to select the payment details. A window will pop up where the final amount will be displayed. Select the payment method of the customer and scroll down to click on “Finalize Payment” to checkout.
