Sending emails to your customers
To access notification settings, click on the “Settings” tab on the left side of the page. Then click “Notifications”.
Customer notification portal
You will be taken to the customer notifications portal. Here you can enable or disable notifications for appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations and thank yous. From the “Thank Yous” tab, you have the option to enable or disable email notifications. When notifications are enabled, your clients will receive an automated thank you email (preview below) after their appointment was completed.
Please note that emails are not sent from your personal email account, but rather from a no-reply email address provided by Vaniday.
