Inform client of a rescheduling

To access appointment reminder settings, click on the “Settings” tab on the left side of the page. Then click “Notifications”.

Customer notifications portal

You will be taken to the customer notifications portal. Here you can enable or disable notifications for appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations and “thank you”s. From the “Reschedule” tab,  you have the option to enable or disable email notifications. When notifications are enabled, your clients will receive an automated email (preview below) notifying them that their appointment has been rescheduled when that action is performed from the booking calendar.

Please note that emails are not sent from your personal email account, but rather from a no-reply email address provided by Vaniday.
