Customer online payment on Vaniday
When a customer reaches the payment window during checkout, they have the option to securely pay online with credit card. Once the payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive the booking in your my.Vaniday appointment calendar to confirm.
Viewing the payment method on my.Vaniday
To check the payment method of a booking made via the Vaniday marketplace or booking widget:
- click on the booking directly on your appointment calendar.
- A pop-up window will appear showing the booking details.
- At the bottom of the window you will see a “Payment Method” section. Here you will be able to see if the customer paid by credit card (online payment), or will pay for their service directly at the salon on their appointment date.
Additionally, you can hover over any appointment on your calendar and instantly see the status of a payment.
