Managing appointment reminders

To access appointment reminder settings, click on the “Settings” tab on the left side of the page. Then click “Notifications”.

You will be taken to the customer notifications portal. Here you can enable or disable notifications for appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations and thank yous. On the “Reminders” tab,  you have the option to enable or disable both email and SMS messages.

 

You can also choose how far in advance you want the reminder to be sent out. Simply click the triangle next to “Time before reminder sent” and choose a time period.

 

Please note that emails and SMS are not sent from your personal email account/phone number, but rather from a no-reply email address/phone number provided by Vaniday.
