Applying a Payment
To apply a payment after a customer has already been checked out, click on the completed (checked-out) booking from your appointment calendar or notification sidebar. An “Invoice Details” window will appear. Click on “Apply Payment” at the bottom right corner of the window.
Choosing a payment type
A checkout window will appear. Choose the payment type from the drop down “Payment” window. The current date will auto-fill into the “Payment Date” box. You may change this date if you prefer. Click “Done” to save and exit. You will now be able to view the customer invoice at any time.
